I want to use my photos!

I want to use myself photos in KOH, meanwhile, I also want to use head of my friends.
How to insert or instead head of kights?
Who can creat a mod? or have anyother way?

I just wish to conquer world with my friends. Can I replace the head portrait of original knights.
Can I do it ?

I believe you could do it with the PakMan by opening the image.pak file. But some of the modders here should expand more on that, as I'm not so deep into all this modding stuff...

It is probably fairly easily possible to use your own 'avatars' in the game.

Unpack images.pak to the original directory using PakMan and .\images will be created.
In
.\Knights Of Honor\images\Nobles\Portraits
you'll find two maps: Euro & Arab, that contain different sizes of all pictures of nobles in the game. You can try to add your own picture (at the right size (e.g. 107x134 for BIG) in the right map) or replace an existing one.
Please note that edited/self-created images in the BMP format need to be turned for 180 degrees and then flipped horizontally so that Knights of Honor will display them properly.
