You can use your own spies to search for spies in your kingdom. But the enemy nations can do this "counter-spying" too.
The success-rate of discovering spies depends on the skill of the discovered spy and the skill on the "counter-spying" spy.

When you have no counter-spies in your kingdom it is very unlikely that you discloak the spies in your kingdom.

i know what you meant that was not the answer i seek i meant is ther a like an anti spy that only works with detcting spys. not spys busting other spys

yes a knight promoted to spy and not send to infiltrate another kingdom is automatically assigned as counterspy. He only seeks for other spies on the Royal Court of his master.
