I found this site on Paradox forums. It's french but it's quite simple really.

Just go to the link to the left and click: Création d'un blason...and voila(!!) you're there. :D

That's really awesome :go: - i REALLY hope the devs see this site and "steal" the idea............or at lest get inspired !

If the devs decide to have CoA i hope they will give us some more colors to work with.
