We will try to support as many mobile phones as possible.
Actually we cannot promise, if your phone will be on the list.

Just stay tuned!

What software is required to run the game?

I have a Sagem My501x, with Java, bluetooth and USB...what do i miss to play this game?

Allright, so i tried downloading Anno 1701 Mobile on my Sagem My501x...

Just to let you guys know: it DOES work.

And indeed, i think my phone doesnt have enough resources (CPU/MEM) to run the game proper...but hey, it works man :D.
(with very long load times, and slow movement)

Current results:
Startup - works
Arcade - works
New Game - Blacks out my phone? Do i need to "legally" download the game in order for this to work, or is this the reason why my phone isnt supported?

(oh, and i hereby apologise for downloading the mobile version over P2P, but i already paid 90 euros to play it on my PC...and thats enough i think :P )

@slindenau
you got one warning concerning the boardrules about P2P!
also we do not provide support for copied games.

Really? Well, as far as i know i dont share any information about P2P in public...so i dont see the problem?
The boardrules say: "Offering...". I dont offer anything.

Don't get me wrong, i love Anno and i got the most expensive version of the game completely legal (i even went outside my own country for it!), but i dont want to play it in german or carry the DVD around all the time. Also with the mobile version, since my phone isnt supported, i dont want to waste money to find out it doenst work.

And im not asking for support, im just asking what the reason for the malfunction is. Ofcourse you would answer me if i said i bought the mobile version...how hypocrite :).
But i guess that me being honest, admitting i downloaded something, gets me a warning? Well, i didnt have one yet, so thanks! Now my profile is one step closer to completion .

I understand you dont provide support for illegal copies, but if i said i bought it and it didnt work...how are you going to verify that?

So, is there a check in the "new game" option if you have the game legally? Or is the "new game" option just way heavier for the CPU/memory than the other small games?
