Strange People

Hello,

I have seen on the web you can hire some strange people, like spies, terrorists, saboteurs etc. They can disturb the buildup of your (computer) opponent's town, as long they are not discovered.
What I am missing is what I have to do if one of these guys is walking around in my own city...:confused:
