I have to say, that were getting a lot of great games recently from German developers/publishers
Blitzkrieg which was released last year defined RTS for me. And now we have KOH on the horizon, keep up the good work team.

That makes me really bad. From the last info I have it seems that after Bulgaria and Romania(no Croatia) the doors of the EU are going to close and that means Croatia will be left out....why do I live in such a ****ty country....:nono:

Finellach!

Your country is NOT ****ty. In fact it is beautiful and I love it. I never been there (unless you count one train raid 2 years go) ... But I know a lot about it :). You have proud history, magnificient coastline, warm and friendly people, which knows how to work and how to celebrate. Isn't that just okay? :)

Thankx for the kind words mate ;) !
Finellach, there is no use to complain ;) we have standards to reach and it will be hard considering for instance the average paycheck we get in Bulgaria 100 $
And you guys already belong to Europe while we are still like India at the start of the 19th century :o (no offense meant here to any Indian)
And it's guys like BSS and our National Football Team that make me proud

Hey, Germany and France created the EU pretty soon after they destroyed themselves in WW2. The economy doesnt have to be like Luxembourgh for a country to get in,many other things are important.

As for Croatia, NO WAY they can stay outside the union and I can tell many reasons for that but most importantly its a great tourist destination, have decent people, decent economy and apart from Serbia, it is surrounded by EU countries. Now I know that the war issue is pretty important because one of the things the EU wants is good relations with its neighbors (including Serbs) but I dont think that this will stop them to get in.

Just hope that the 10 new countries will be successfully integrated because if problems with them arise, nobody else might be joining soon.

First of all, sorry to turn this thread more in an off-topic issue.
Then, dude our economy is completely ruined all the machinery is obsolete the rest is already sold. We have some great prerequisites to explote tourism (mountain and sea) but there is a monopol that stops the development in this area, plus we need a good anti-citizen-polution law because we care a little wheter we live in a clean country or a pigs' dumpyard.
And I don't even intend to explore the issue of crime
That's the last of it.
We may need 10 years just to get some development, but fortunately there is enough foreign investment to stimulate us (if we overcome some of our national character traits you don't wanna know about).
Period!

I haven't heard such a thing. As far as I know we even are supporting the invitation of Croatia, Albania and Macedonia very much. But I'm not sure if it was for the EU or NATO... It doesn' matter - they can't leave Croatia outside the EU! As everybody else said - your nation is very beautiful (especially the coastline) and I think it is economically stronger than Bulgaria. Actually I ask myself why are you already not in!? Time will show! Just don't be sad! Have a

I think earlyer or later shoul also my country (Switzerland) join the EU. But a lot of people here think that with the EU Switzerland will loose the Neutrality and that we will loos a lot of jobs...

I hope this wouldn't be right, but Switzerland can not be an iland in the middle of Europe for ever...

Wow!:beek:
I didn't knew people have such very positive opinion on Croatia. Honestly I was a bit depressed when I was replying. Thanks for the kind words all.

But I also feel a bit guilty now for turning this thread into OT discussion.

So to be on topic yes Germany makes some pretty good games. Hopefully they will make some more in the future. I also noticed Russians are also making more and more games that are also not just ordinary games, but really great games. I also remember one game made by Bohemians....Mafia it is called....the best game I played in the last year and half. :go: :D

Not to forget about Operation Flashpoint, Hidden & Dangerous and Silent Storm. All three are brilliant...

Yes, it's right, I think. But: You forgot one big point: German people love football...

And in German there are very good Game-Producer: For Example Far Cry, it is one very good game, or Fußballmanager 04 comes from German too.

If you liked Blitzkrieg then you might like Stalingrad (http://www.stalingrad-game.com/en/). Seems like it's gonna be a little bit more realistic. Good.
