well this is my configuration
CPUID : AMD SEMPRON 1600 mhz 2800+ , 64 kb (parity) 64 kb (ECC)
512 mb ddr ram
videocard : NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440 (128 MB)

yeah i too cant start the game and ir ead about the gf 4** series
my question is will i ll be able to start the game and play normal
if i only change the vidio card (or the cpu will be problem too)
and if yes what video card can u offer me

Mininum requirements - CPU. 2.2 Ghz Intel Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon 3200+ and you already have discovered your video card is not supported.There is a thread that has a list of the supported graphics cards As far as that goes the readme file on the DVD has the list of supported cards!
To find the list here do a search with the name "GeForce 7300" and you should get a thread that has the list of supported cards!

As noted above your video card does not support the game requirements of Pixel Shaders 1.1 or better as it is only DX7-compliant where the minimum is DX8-compliancy. You need a newer and better video card, and I'd guess a higher wattage power supply to support it. Check out my nVidia Sticky if you want to stay with nVidia and I can advise as well.
