Yes, i know demo is a demo... but none the less, i'd just like to make sure this doesn't occur in the release version. If you're aware cool, is it fixed in release?

Basically, auto trade routes, when my ships pickup cargo, they aren't dropping it off at the destination, they just keep picking it up until the ship's cargo is full. Occured everytime i tried with tobacco or alchohol.

Great demo, pity it only lasts 90 mins.. ^^ Got citizens tho and flattened a few pirates, very nice sea and stuff and my son loves all the animals (he's 4)

Did you perhaps click the correct arrow for offloading at your destination, you do need to tell it whether to drop off the good you select or to pick it up.

And I forgot to mention you have to set the slider designating how much you wish to unload, if you want all of the good to unload then drop the slider to zero so that it doesn't hold a portion on the ship.

Yeh i got it now, not a bug, i had the sliders at the wrong end. So they were going to drop off, but weren't set to actually drop any stock off...

:hello: :hello: Yep, green is keep on board, red is offload amount. (or sell amount in the case of trading)

Anyone know how to give the free trader his salvaged cargo ( it is a mission quest).

He says "bring it to me"; well I brough the salvage cargo to the free trader's island warf but I cannot figure out how to click on his button or whatever to finish the transaction.:scratch:

Thx.You should hear him say something to the line of "ahh... you brought the good(s)" and see the trader icon and a green checkbox at upper right. Click on the green checkbox and another central window opens that lets you choose what you want for the cargo in exchange (in addition to some money you get anyways). Usually it is either some tools or some ware. Click on the item you want (tools or goods) to end the exchange.

Got it! Thank you all for the help. :cheers: The game demo really shines once you can get into fast enough before the 90 minutes expires. Just a few more days to wait...
