There are no seasons but there is rain and looking at the picture there seems to be snow too.

Will there be dummies- like in TZAR?And if there are -can they be used to train soldiers-like in TZAR:) ?

1. No weather-effect on morale or speed.
2.1 Units gain experience in real combat - no dummies.
2.2 Upgraded barracks will pop out more experienced units than normal ones.

Too baaaad! Well atleast units will gain levels with barraks being upgraded.You know BSS you should think about units getting bonuses after their highest levels!
It would be nice if my lets say Pikemen gain more morale or attack after a victorious battle even after they've reached their highest level!
