Hi everyone,

Yesterday my girlfriend and I played a multiplayer game against
eachother and we discovered two ways to find out where the
enemy base is, without actually going there, so with fog of war
intact.

1. mouse-over stone resources to check if they're partly gone.
If so, the enemy is near there.

2. if you hear the sound of falling trees, the enemy is there.

I hope these two issues can be fixed, as they remove the ele-
ment of surprise and therefor make multiplayer less fun.

that is real strategy. Chopping wood is not a quiet activity.

Nonetheless, seeing how much stone is used is a bug to me
and if used to discover where players are, it's an exploit.

actually, you could have that work to your advantage... (having the other player know where you are) You could form an outpost on the farthest corner of the map, and only use the resources their. That way, the enemy would have to tromp all the way across the map, just to take out your outpost, which may be rigged with towers and a few strong units. If they destroy it, they'll think they've won. In that time, you can send your forces protecting your real base to go and wipe out their already softened up army. :go:
