This military-access-thing was just optional.
The taxes can exist without military access ;) .

And about the term "military access":
I don't mean 'England can recruit troops there.' but 'France will have to accept english demands on defensive troops in Anjou. England can send troops there without having to ask France.'

But only to Anjou, when they take a step to another French realm, where they have no supremacy, it will mean the same like asking for the end of "treaty"

And in Anjou, they cannot enter the castle nor kill any french soldier or "subject"

Yes, they just claim the right to have troops in Anjou.
Anjou as a save place for english troops would be vital if the english king planned to declare war upon the HRE - as an example...
