french vs english language

Hello,

I installed a french version of KoH on english Windows XP Pro SP2 without any choice of language during the installation process. So, the default language for the game is english
and there is no possibility to choose the french language in the preferences menu of the game.

What could I do to change these setting ?

In a bilingual version of KoH you can usually choose the language before the installation process begins. I have the german version and before the installation starts a small windoe opens where I can choose the installation-language, either german or english.
Really sure that this window didn't open? If yes I actually can't help you, but maybe someone else had a similar problem...

I'm sure that during the installation process of a french version of KoH there's no choice
of language.

I didn't get this problem when I installed the game of a french version of Windows XP.
