Pirate speaks German

Hi, sorry if this has been posted; I searched this forum "keyword: German" but could not find it posted already as a bug.
The Pirate Ramirez sometimes speaks German: "Stiehl mir bloss nicht die Zeit!", sometime he does not say anything.

There are more occasions where the speech is changed into German.
It happens in the (medium) scenario with Castelli when you sail around the islands.
Other than that on occasion some words are German as well, like "Die Queen".

Also note that once you get to the Merchant civ. level, if you hold your mouse over the need for jewelry, the game says "From Gamevaluenotspecified (or something) needed to advance to Aristocrats."
