Game won't play

I have the same problem as many others who have posted, my english version game will not start. There are no game errors poping up, all programs running in the background are disabled and my computer exceeds the game requirements. I can play the DEMO just fine, no problems. I have tried installing on two different computers, it installs with no problem. Both have dvd-rom; same problem not starting.

Black Sea studios will not tech-support english versions. I have contacted peradox tech- support by e-mail several times but they are slower than syrup! Still waiting for an answer.

It has been mentioned a few times that write-protection may be the cause. I have a Dell Dimension e310 w/ dvd-rom, only 6 moths old.
Does anyone know of any web tech-support for the US/engish version or maybe an 800 number?
Maybe you can help with write-protection.

The Game installs fine, just won't play.

When I asked that question, I had somewhere I was going with the problem, but my internet has been down for 2 days and now I don't remember what I was thinking at that moment!
