Sir Turylon, good choices, execpt for the saurkraut. For some reason, I can't get past the smell. Actually, the only thing that you left out was beer. I'm sorry, but it's not a meal until there is beer involved, breakfast too.:cheers:

@d'Honaire: Beer for breakfast?!?

@Happy Adolf Whats wrong with beer at breakfast? A stout or some German beers really compliments the taste of some breakfasts. Also, BluCreek Bluberry Ale(American Microbrew) is better than orange juice with Waffles(with blueberries on top) and Bacon.:cheers:

Well, right you are, but beer at breakfast is not normal!
Let's open a beer thread:D

bah. beer... the poor man's drink.

I had a sip of a pale ale once... Nearly convulsed in my seat. I'll stick to fermented grapes. ;)

hungary? Yes, located in Turkey. :P

Speaking of turkey...

try this on for size.

18 lbs corn feed turkey, soaked in buttermilk sauce. Smoked over hickory wood while being glazed with honey. Taken out of smoker and served with mashed potatoes and chives mixed with buttermilk (buttermilk tastes great, btw). Stewed asparagus stalks (the sweet part) in buttermilk. (notice a trend?) Topped with holandaise sauce. Buttermilk egg noodles cooked with olive oil, and a pinch of vanilla. topped with grated bread crumbs. for drink. Well... Milk, mixed with vanilla, buttermilk, and 1/2 cup Spiced rum. Other drink.... Hot apple cider with dash of cinnamon and 2 tablespoons spiced rum. ;)
*goes off and sings some sea shanties while holding a bottle of spiced rum*

:cheers:

PS. If anyone flies on over to US, stop on by. We'll cook everyone's favorites, then play some KoH while drinking stuff. Females welcome. :angel:

What do you mean? That I'm not normal? I'm drinking some beer right now and it's still morning... wait, no, it's 11 a.m. Still, beer is good for fruhstuck (but light beer)!
