Broken CD

do you think I will get a new CD for my almost 2 years old broken KoH CD?
(there is a small break in the CD running from the center about 3 milimetres into the CD)

Well it depends on that how did the crack appeared. If it was just from using the disk there might be a chance of you getting a new CD, but if you somehow damaged it I'don't think so. But anyow it will be hard to prove it wasn't an accident. Good luck!

10 Euros is fine for me and I think for anyone in Czech republic. I wish all games are so cheap here. Then I think I wouldn't be one of the rare people who buy them.
It is a big difference to pay almost 1/10 of average month wage (normal game prize here) or to pay 1/60 of it (actual KoH German prize)

will they when it was bought over 2 years ago (october 2004)?

I'm not really sure abut the rights in such cases, but they are supposed to exchange it untill 2 years after it was bought.

EU standard warranty is 2 years. EA should have replacement discs for such cases.
