A little while ago, we were dangled the mysterious "milestones", these events which much happen before the fabled KOH patch is worked on. Yet, what exactly these "milestones" were supposed to be were never identified. The cynical would say it's because there are actually no milestones and the renewed talk of a patch was just to get people to shut up and not interfere with the release of Paraworld.
I would like to announce that these "Milestones" have now been identified!!!!!
Yes, ladies and gentlemen (oh, who are we kidding...Gentlemen), here are the events which must take place before work will begin on the KOH patch:
Microsoft must come out with a Version 1.0 of anything that's bug free
China must apologize for Tienneman Square
France must not surrender
As you can see, these milestones are very easily within reach and we will be seeing a patch for KOH in a matter of days.
And you thought we were being snowed...

Pearls of Wisdom - A second Flood, a simple famine, plagues of locusts everywhere, or even a cataclysmic earthquake I'd accept with some dispair. But, no, you sent us Congress! Good God, Sir, was that fair?

it seems you arenot far from true..
Frujin was here today and again he didn't bother to say any single word...
"Surrender or die!"

That was freaking good!I'm glad i'm not the only one pissed off by the tons of information we(the fans) are covered with!*respect*
ps:You forgot to say:
1 Jeasus is reborn
2 Osama appologies officially for 9 11
3 Russian federation joins EU and Nato
Lol, Exellent:cheers:
How about politicians fight their wars instead of sending the poor. That would be a milestone easily within our reach. Just put the ones who want the war inside a room and let them fight to death, How many lifes would be saved then:rofl:

Uhm, am I the only one, who doesn't really find this funny? Oh, well, maybe it's due to the fact that the one thing I already despise more than the "deadly silence on the patch front" are the constant blabberings of people actually doing nothing serious about it (the only exception I've seen so far is Elvain)! If you want to ask a question, why don't you simply write an official open letter to the given company's HQ and ask the people responsible there?! God, I'm sick of such things!...

Obviously becouse noone will answer!
And what is the "serious' thing we can do about it make the patch instead of bss?
If you re sick of such things have a break,i might as well give ya a kit-kat!

No! You are not alone! I do not find it funny either! The constant gripng, moaning and *****ing is not going to change anything to do with the progress toward getting the patch. There is nothing constructive about it.
Human nature is to react opposite of the demands of complainers. When I am in traffic and the person behind me seems to think I am not driving fast enough and starts to blow their horn, "do I speed up?", no I usually slow down, thinking "see what blowing your horn got you!".

with the only difference Bss is losing fans and the person behind your car only time.

I also didn't enjoy reading this.
But well, I'm a open minded person. If that's lighthope's way of criticism then be it. He didn't insult anyone.

To be honest I don't like it at all
but can any of Lighthope's critics tell me what can we cahnge staying silent and waiting to be ****ed up again?
come on.
I keep asking very simple questions and only when the question is asked really "loud" for fourth or fifth time someone bothers to say something. Though it may seem I don't like spreading negative mood in the forums, but sometimes you must point out something what you don't like to make it better.
Sometimes it's hard to stay nice when you seem to be completely ignored
Was it really so hard to say an estimate of how long will the milestone take to be finnished? 2 weeks? 2 months? 2 years?

Once again, Elvain is correct. They only respond to a lot of noise, and thats what lighthope is helping with, enticing a response.

Well thu it is annoying, stupid, childish, whatever you want to call it It worked in the past. After more than a year Sf finally said something about KOH's patch. So if you are tried, annoyed or can't stand posts like this then simply don't read them:wink:

And what is the "serious' thing we can do about it make the patch instead of bss?
I don't know, maybe actually write directly to them (BSS and SF)?
Like somebody was complaining that Frujin rarely visits the forum and never posts. Well, if he doesn't visit the forum, then how the hell would such "noise" help? And if they do keep visiting the forum, then they do still have some interest in the game. And if they do have some interest in the game, then you can send them a letter/email and ask them directly about the patch's fate. Only if they don't answer you within a week (that's the usual term for answering a letter), you could start making some "noise"! Or you could ask me or someone else from Sofia to go to BSS's office and ask them personally...
Traveller, would you go by and see Frujin for us? And find some information for us?
Traveller, would you go by and see Frujin for us? And find some information for us? :wink:Yes, Traveller, please?
Traveller, if you could, please do it for us...
and to your point. Write an official letter, ok, but this is their official forum - a place for communication of us-customers with them-the makers of the product, isn't it? this is official forum for Knights of Honor so if someone demands something here it could be understood as official demand, don't you think?
On the other hand, it should be as nice as possible of course
