How do you rotate buildings?

When placing buildings, I cannot seem to find a way to rotate on placement.

How do you do it?

Hold down the left mouse button as you are placing the building, and move the pointer around the building to rotate its angle.

There may also be a hotkey - not sure though.

press "." or "," and the building will rotate.
press "x" or "y" to rotate the map

maybe the "y" is "z" in the english version :scratch:

and take a look into the game options
you can set hotkeys as you want to have them
or just look what the hotkeys are
