How can I ship cattle?

I'm playing the single player scenarios: Veritable Gourmet"and need to ship cattle, but don't know how.

I haven't played it yet, but normally you only need to connect your cattle farms with streets in order to get it into your warehouse. Just make sure to stop production of the slaughterhouse (???, I play the german version), if it's in reach for the farms.

One more tip: Inside the Warehouse menu you have the possibility to open the display to the left and to the right by clicking the buttons on the sides.
There you will find the display for cattle, too... :go:
