I hope that it won't be like this and they will let us to have some comments.
Cause the "early" looks far more like in 900 or earlier than in 1000(what is the problem to put it officialy 100 years earlier, if they want Lotharingia there?)

States like Ukraine, Switzerland, Muscovy and Naples has nothing to do in year 1200, (Teutonic order, Latin states in Byzantium, Golden Horde should be tolerated since they emerged in 1220's or before), but Ukraine>if put it there, then rename it to Kiev, Switzerland - since 1291, Naples - part of kgdm of Sicily which was on the top of its power, Muscovy was never before 14th century.

Now to the point:
Well, I think you're right once again, Elewyn. About Kiev, about Muscowy, etc., etc.
I thought to propose some sort of ongoing changes during the game, like it is in Europa Universalis (events), but since there is no time counter I guess all these nation's names will stay static...

you know, Muscovy and Switzerland have many place to be used in the late period. So no events like this, maybe. You are the one who writes histry in KoH. If you wouldn't respect rights of helvetian realm when playing HRE, it may be set to revolt more than other provinces. All "highlanders" don't like anybody else's rule :)
