Greetings.

I'm writing a novel on Napoleonic Russia and I need to gather information on the period between 1785 and 1825 in Russia.

Does anyone here have some insight into the southern parts of Ukraine durimg this timeframe (the first book in the series is set in the lands between Kiev and Crimea). Particularly military conflict and rebellions.

Plus anything else of interest.

Thanks

In particular, Crimean history during the above time is important.
