[fixed]Dense clouds - can it be turned off ??

Hi!

I have and old GPU so I play Anno 1701 in Low Quality. In this mode the clouds are more dense then when you play in high quality.
It's playable, but it annoys me ;/ So...

Is there a way(registy, ini file, etc.) to turn off the clouds ?

When i play all zoomed out the game gets laggy for me plus it doesnt look as good - so generally, im looking more at sea-level :P

Thats at 1280 1024 high detail on a dothan 1.6 @ 2.6, 2Gb ram and x800xt.

Yeh, thanx - that's really helped me a lot :lol:
I have a Athlon XP 1700+ @ 3200+, 1GB RAM and a GeForce 4 4200Ti :D

So maybe there is someone who can help anyway?

I also like the clouds... only when I play the game on my friends Hi-End PC, where the clouds are nice and not so dense.

They look awesome on my High-End PC. I especially like how you can see the clouds' shadows on the water.

People's Republic of China says Aye. Need option to kill the clouds. My Laptop has only 512 MB of RAM and until I get that RAM card for Christmas, my cloud are crappy.
