can't figure out the cheats!! please help

i try to paud the game (pressing pause button on my pc) and then type bsswitch, but it just opens the save game window and does nothing.

Can someone write in detail every little step? I know it must be something really simply im missing, but "s" seems to just open the save game window, how do you enter a cheat?

You need to click on the enemy/neutral castle where you want to switch then only press enter and type "bsswitch" and enter again.

before you write the cheat, press "ENTER"

when writing bsai to make all kingdoms be controlles by AI don't have any kingdom selected

when you want to switch to another kingdom:
click at a kingdom to see the king in the bottom part of screen.
Press "enter", and then write "bsswitch"

the same you should do to turn your kingdom's AI off
(have your knight, or town selected and then "enter" and write "bsnoai"
