Just downloaded and tried to install it, it wont install. Whats up.

Well, some german users have the same problem, but solved it. So we can hope :xmas_go:


-do you have a viruses scanner? Put it of. (sorry, but my dictionary doesn't have a real translation :sad: I hope you know, what i mean)

-some german links have a damaged patch-file, try another link.

-a way, which was sucessful:
delete 1701 and reinstall it. Then install the patch.
But save your profile and savegames before :wink:

Ah i got the wrong patch, but they should have mentioned that in the mail they sent me, then this thread wouldnt be here :).

Ok glad thats sorted, have downloaded the German version, glad I read this before installing it.:bday:

Will have to wait like the rest for the English version:biggrin:
