Is there any other games like this around because i love this game and ive looked around but there doesnt seem to be any?
also is there a list of all the improvements being made in the second patch?
oh and also is there a release date for the new patch?

Unfortunately, yet answer to all your questions seems to be NO.

I don't know any game like KoH, it is very unique, and yet there is no deeper information abuout the patch. Neither the list of improvements nor the release date.

What we know is that the patch came into phase of testing (so I suppose we could be told about the list soon)

You mean Crusader Kings? Because EU is in a quite different time period. And both EU and CK are extremely different than KoH, the only common thing is CK being based in the Middle Ages. M2TW is a bit closer, but it's still different - KoH is more strategically orientated, while the TW series - tactically (i.e. battles).
