Is it possible to turn off the day and night cycles?
The screen gets too dark.

I personaly would like to see seasons cycle instead. At least to have winter instead of night

I like timing my attacks with the day/night-cycle, it makes for a challange. There is no such fine thing as approaching the border of a pagan country, making camps until dusk, entering their province and raid their town in the night.
Ah, the warm glow of burning houses! :smile:

It'd be sad if that aspect was gone from the game.
