Europe is the second smallest continent
and still it has the second greater number of countries
my question to you is
shouldnt there be a little more of them
come on we deserve to be the first
let the freedom prevale
Cataluna, the Bask Republik, Frei Staat Bayern, Scotland
should i mention more
come on! im getting bored lately
lets make some revolutions...

Indeed. It is my opinion (not my conviction) so please don't get me wrong when I say this about these countries.

The posibble new countries and the "corrections are"...of course IMO:

Spain - divides into Spain(Castille-Leon), Navarra(Basque Federation of spanish and french basque territories) and Catalonia(Barcelona-Valencia-Balearic Islands), Galicia units with Portugal).
Great Britain - England, Wales and Scotland becoming independant. Northern Ireland unites with Rep. of Ireland.
Serbia - Kosovo secedes from Serbia and unites with Albania, Vojvodina secedes from Serbia and partitions between Hungary, Croatia and Serbia.
Bosnia - partitions on three parts, one becomes independant Bosnian muslim state, one part goes to Serbia and one to Croatia(Herzegovina).
Germany - Bavaria(Bayern) secedes.
Italy - Lombardy secedes.
Russia - small baltic part goes to Poland and Lithuania, Bielorussia and Ukraine abolished and unted with Russia.
Montenegro - breaks the federation pact with Serbia and becomes independant or gets abolished into Serbia(which is more likely IMO).

hey hey hey not so fast
we are headed for the leadership in cuontries per square meter competition
no unifications will be tolerated
...but as i come to think of it
if there is revolution involved
i'll go for it

viva la revolucion
hasta la victoria siempre

btw i got inspired to post this
because today i say a memorial in downtoun Munich
dedicated to the WW1 where was written something like

the german people thank to their gavarian brothers
who under the rule of prince ... and so on
fought together with their northern frends
on one side in the great european war 1914-1918

What about us????? We've still got those wacko Frisians living in the North, can't we get rid of them????? I bet those Germans wouldn't mind accidentaly loosing those Ost-Friesen either. Let them have their own country!!!!!

j/k of course

Ya'll are gonna try turning into the states one day soon.

One big huge European Government with a centralized currency... ruling over seperate sovereign states which mandate control the federal one.

Sound like the EU to anyone?

Ya'll are just copying us. :)

Ireland was always independant... (in their hearts, that is).

let's bring back the HRE! make Elewyn really happy.

Wohoo! HRE go! :go:
If we can't get it in KoH then we should have it in real life ;) .
Horray to our Bohemian brothers! :go:

Oh, how will we decide who becomes royal and who not?
Ah, well, it doesn't matter as long as I become royal ;) .

We'll have enough (nearly) independent countries then :D .

@4zzy - you have started yet another "deep" discussion :)

That gal MUST DO a lot of thinking in her sparetime

Well, i don't think we should split Europe up into LOAD of small independent states because i think that it will only lead us straight into wars again, which will end up tearing Europe apart like it have happen so many times in the past centuries.

There is a saying that goes like this: "Make the future by looking at the past" or something like that !

I'm not the biggest follower of all this EU get-togetherness (hmmm. ), mainly because i think that there is a lot of curruption and nepotism going on, but i can also see the possibilities in having all the states in Europes welded together using a structure like they have it in America.

and not to forgot of course my own lovely province Brabant!!!
(in the South of The Netherlands)

@ Ben Nevis
haha you're absolutelly right, but the danger of independance is that other provinces of The Netherlands also want to become independante. here in Brabant lives a great feeling of anger against the Hollanders, of how we speak about '' the people from above the rivers'' :D
