Free Trader Assignments & the Iroquois

The free trader wants me to deliver 21 tons of alcohol in exchange for some item. I take the alcohol to them, but the swap never happens. The Iroquois Chief will not initiate the transaction. When I open the cargo menu to off-load the alcohol, I am not allowed. I now ignore those assignment offers. I've concluded similar business with other native civilizations so I know how to do it.

I downloaded the patch, but this seems like a bug. Any suggestions?

It is a bug, more or less, the audio does not match the actual need, as you will notice when clicking the link Rnett gave, the freetrader assignment text has it correctly listed.
