missing icon in construction menu [fixed]

Hi!
Im not very good in english but ill try to explain u as best as i can.

Im playing french version with patch anf fix for the patch.
The problem is that after learn the option ''deep mine'' in the university menu (not the right word i not but don't know what it is in english but the option that allow u to extract unlimited goods) the appropriate icon doesn't apper in the construction menu. :(


And is there a way to produce JADE?!?! because i dont have any in construction menu

Click your mine you want to upgrade. In the icon in the lower rigt corner you will find a green button thats blinks, as far as you have enough material, click that and your mine is upgraded.
No way to produce jade. You have to organize it.

Jade, Furs and Ivory have to be obtained from a foreign culture.
I believe there's a fourth one isn't there?:confused:

You cannot build a deep mine, as RFG stated an existing mine has to be upgraded to a deep mine, but a mine can only be upgraded if there is a deep mineral deposit!
