Confiscated? You mean this game is outlawed in Germany? As a firm believer in free speech I think outlawing games like this is a very bad thing, sure, you can put a age limit on games, but if you are an adult you should be allowed to decide for yourself how to spend your spare time, as long as it doesn't hurt anyone else or disturb anyone else. In fact, there was some talk in the media about outlawing this game here in Sweden as well, which made me immediatly go and buy the game in order to support the makers and the resellers. I won't discuss the game itself however since we were asked not to.

It is only forbidden to advertise the game in public or sell it to persons under 18 years. An adult can still go to the shopkeeper and ask him "Hey, do you want to sell me that game?" and most surely he will say no, because he doesn't have it in stock ;) .
But well, that's what mail is for, isn't it?
Mail from the US is surprisingly cheap... :)
