Looks as though I will be waiting a while longer! I noticed in another thread that today's release is just for the German, French and (UK English) versions of the game. :sad::sad:

What's the difference with the US-version? I thought it's just the same but simply already containing the firtst patch.

the new patch is for the english version, also. but not for the US english version of paradox.

From a modding point of view the US version is identical to the UK 1.03. But I believe the intro-logos and some brandnames are different.
So the US version itself will work with the european 1.05 patch. It might refuse to install though because of brand-name issues.

Maybe go into the registry and change the Language identity as had to be done with several of the 1701 patch versions and as with installing the UK 1503 expansion with the US 1503 game! :biggrin: Again(unofficial and unsupported).


Just a note: I have successfully, with no visible problems(after an hour of gametime), installed the UK patch to my US version of the game!
