It was not there before, but now it is. :)

If you got KoH from gamersgate but do not have a copy of the manual, you can now find it at gamersgate.com under your entry for KoH under "my games."

I don't know if the manual is any good or not, yet.

the one that comes with the purchased game doesn't offer much. i wouldn't expect much from the gamers gate version.
