Graphics issue, wierd stripes everywhere! [fixed]

So I just installed the game and the patch and this is what I see:

Weird stripes stuff anywhere there are letters, and its also there when I actually play.

Anyone know what's up? I tried changing every graphics setting.

If not your settings, sounds to be a video drivers issue or too much running in the background, but only a guess. Can't be sure without your DxDiag though, so how about posting a copy? If you don't know how, go up to the first post of my Stciky about problems with the game and follow the instructions so we can see what the problems might be. My Best!

I think this was an issue that has been solved by setting Antialiasing and Anisotropic filtering to application controlled within your video cards control panel.
