The Queen is more annoying then dangerous!

How hard is it to kill the dang fleet! I have just spent atleast 20 mins trying to kill the second to last fleet to independance. I have 8 large warships, and they like.. NEVER hit them! Really the past two or three fleets, all that I lost was a wearhouse on a small island for bricks. Nothing much, but why can small warships outrun large ones!

And another thing, they never fight back! Only once have they shot at my ships. They just run!

Can anyone please give me tips on taking out the fleet without having a run around the map. Three times.. =S

Have you been watching where they enter the map? Park you rlarge warship there and when you here the announcement the Queen's fleet has arrived, jump up there and start blasting before they can get started good!

I do. But they move north and south along that edge of the map.

First time they were near a island near eastern side, next time they were all the way up north..

But think about this. The large warship has larger sails then the small, so why is it slower?!

Also, does the Queen's fleet have soldiers on it? Just would like to know!

The large warship also has more cannons thus making it heavier! Usually there is an exploration ship or two in her fleet and I think they are the fastest ship in the game. Maybe mix a couple of exploration ships in with your attack fleet. Maybe they will be quick enough to engage the fleet and weak enough to draw fire from it giving your large ships time to fire and damage the ships to slow them down!
Usually they do have troops.

i havnt got the full game yet but when i do come to kill her i am going to have some big heavy ships at the starts then right at the back so if any try to get away i can counter attack and kill them so its like big ships then small ships pritty far back like

spred them out aswell or you could try work out where they go then block them offfor block off where they are going to go like ge6t in there way all the time
