Before I start, your English is perfectly clear to me at least. I hope you'll be able to understand mine. If not, let me know and I'll try to put it in simpler terms.

There are three things I see. First being your video drivers. Those are not a nVidia-approved version. Last they approved are the 84.63s and yours are 84.66. So most likely either a hack or beta version if they are indeed for a laptop card/chipset. Those you use at your own risk. Being as I don'; use laptops, I won't say anything more about this except if you'd like to use what nVidia approves (the 84.63s), you can get them HERE (http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_mobile_84.63.html).

The next thing is you don't have enough free space on any of your drives for the game alone, let alone Windows to operate as they should. Your Windows drive (C) alone needs at least 7.5GB free and more would be better, yet you only have less than 2GB free. If the game is on that drive as well, figure 8.5GB is what you should have free. So, some "house cleaning" is in order. Between this and the drivers this might resolve your issue, but no promises as there might be other things as well.

Yet, the last thing is a question. WHERE is your F drive?! Is it virtual? I sure hope not! If so, you need to remove the drive AND the program that created it from your system completely. Virtual drive programs all have copy-protection by-pass routines built into them, and the drives they create as well. So, this might even be more sever than your video drivers. If you only didn't follow the sequence you can disregard this, but I'm not so sure you did myself.

Once you do all of the above try the game again. If it works then, great! If not, we'll pursue other otpins. Do let us know either way though. Good Luck!

Sincerely,
Phil

Hi thanks for reply.
I do almost everything what you say. Now i'v got 10 GB free space, uninstal virtual drive, but i still can't find drivers which you recomend.
As you say this is a laptop and this drivers from Nvidia site don't fit. Laptops have drivers provided by producer.
On the http://support.asus.com they recomend V8.4.6.6 and there is only this one.
Now I send email to the technical support where i can get 84.63s.
Buth I'm afraid it can be impossible to get them, becouse they update this drivers in 06.2006 and before this term this laptop probably doesen't exist :)

BTW: My friend have Asus model from this same "family" and he can play Anno without problems. Buth he dont have dual core, and have different GPU. Well i think somewehere here exactly problem is.

I think i should bring this game back or sell someone else.

Hello :halloha:
Thanks for help but it is not so simple.
This drivers are for Desktop, and i have laptop. I downloaded them and install is not impossible.
Drivers for laptop are different for every model. And only one place where i can find it is on laptop producer web site, not GPU producer web site.
Problem is that they offer ony 84.66.

I hope so that my english is good enought to understand what i want to say :)

Now i'm waiting on a response from technical support, we will see what they tell me.

The link Phil gave is for 7800, 7900 cards and Mutatom's card is a 7300. I do not know if this is the reason or not, but might be an issue.

The link provided IS for GeForce Go 7000-series cards and chipsets (all of them). The nVidia site uses the exact same drivers and the 84.63s ARE laptop-specific as Go cards and chipsets are exclusively for laptop PCs. The thing is the cards they list are most likely the only cards they support now, so one just has to try them. Those are the ones to use unless you search the archives. It's either that or go to the laptop site and get what they have. He just needs to download them using the save option and follow my instructions in my nVidia Sticky to remove the current and install the better properly. If those don't work, archives or the laptop manufacturer's site.

Phil

Hello :hello:
It looks like everything is fine.
Someon from tech support tell me to check this drivers:
84.74
from here:
http://laptopvideo2go.com/

And now i'm playing one hour and everything is still fine.
I thin this problem is over
Thanks for help everyone!
