It isn`t as hard as you think!Just download pakman,double click on the icon,open the files required in the c:games/koh/packs(usually defs,europe and texts)extract all to original dir.Then you must copy paste the files from the mod dir to KOH dir and you got yourself a running mod!When you do it 10-15 times it will become child`s play trust me:go:

Holy Rome 1.8 beta and MOD HARD invasion work with the patch

Instalation is as easy as Patriot1 described it. It's question of 2 minutes or like... (in HR1.7 thread's first post the installation is described with screenshots)

HR1.8 is only in english, HARD Invasion is German and English too I think

Ok i dont know what a dir is or how to create a back up, want ever that is, :scratch: And what do you mean by files that are required in the c:games/KoH/packs and how do i know which ones to extract, bear with me i never done nothing like this before :nono:

MannofWar, for my mod you dont need the pakman. Download the mod.
Open the KOH folder and place the files from the mod inside. Look the picture Installation.
If you dont like my mod ,so take out my files and you have your old KOH. Its easy.

Ok i downloaded the mod but i cant find the files :confused: wheres the picuture installation

simply copy and paste the files from the mod to the Knights of honor directory so you have defs files in defs folder etc.

With Holy Rome you perhaps need the Pak Man (I didn't try to instal the 1.8b version without unpacking the pak files, it's definitely better because then you can edit them yourslef too

Look WindowsDeskop down left corner
click with the mouse( right click) Start
right click Explorer
right click Program
right click Explorer
Look for Black Sea Studios
open Black Sea Studios
open Knights of Honor
and place the defs, maps, Texts and eventsHelp inside the open Knights of Honor

After two days i finally got the mod to work thanks for all your help and patience, i have started a campaign as the French getting my @ss kicked by the AI :hello: :cheers: :hello: found only some minor gliches so far like you confused the spear maker with the siege workshop. Also the quest are too hard to remember you should have some sort of place were you can go see your active quest like MTW2. Thanks Laudan for the great mod :scratch:

Looking forward to trying the holyrome mod also :biggrin:
