I would really like to add my own avatar not that i don't like these these are pretty good and as you can see i like that swords man and have been using it since i joined last year. But i have a avatar that i like even better and have been using it almost every were. I am just curious how many of you would like to add your own avatar. Maybe the mods/devs will let us if they notice this. :cheers:

I really don't like the idea of being able to add avatar's from elsewhere. I have been on sites that allowed you that option and some of the avatars people used just really grated on me. Man some folks can pick some outlandish nonappealling graphics to use as avatars. I like it that we have to use avatars supplied by the forum, they are all theme related and fit the board.

Well i assur you i don't do that. I was genne use Master Chief from Halo or Halo 2 Renders.

I like this forum because here avatars are the same sort - knights and ladies(Medieval).No"stupid" pictures.:)

What? Avatars have nothing to do with the game itselfs the avatar is sapposed to represent the person who has that avatar. Or one of his favorit game character or something.

I like the athmosphere of this forum. The Masterchief surely wouldn't enhance it's flair of Lords and Ladies in here.

It is also my opinion! If I wanted to look at the Masterchief I would go to his website.
When you open the avatar door you open up the forum to some really tasteless graphics as avatars! Let's keep it as it is.

So? then they can set some rulles about what avatars we can load up. If it is bad they can remove it, thats what moderators are for.So everyone is happy. We get to load our own avatars adn the mods make sure we don't load any bad avatars up.

It would be opening up another can of worms if they allowed us to do so, besides it doesn't seem like they have much time to moderate the threads, much less anything else. :wacko:

I would like it, but then only Avatars which fit to the currently available Lords and Ladies, others wouldn't fit inside the Athmosphere, really!
And we have over 200 Avatars here, so everyone can choose the one which looks mostly like himself! My Avatar looks quite like me, and other avatars would really destroy the style of this Forum. But if we may import own Avatars, they may not be bigger than the current ones, because in other forums they have really big ones and even pictures in their signature! And we are a forum, not a picture-museum :go:

and promote a healthy diversity in the forum! (I'm just fishing here, I know... :) )
