Well the suggestion is as it follows:
there is a title for every region you control.A region consists of provinces.
For example: The title Tzar(king) of Bulgaria (I hope its Tzar :) ) can be achieved when you control all the Bulgarian provinces - I think they were tyrnovo, ocrhid , karvuna.... I don't remember the screenshot with the Bg provinces but it doesn't matter i hope you got the picture :)
And when you control more regions the titles will large their number too.
And I have a question because I am a newbie in that great forum:Can new nations form after the game starts and how exactly.
because it would be great if the population defend its nationality and if it could rebel against the intruder.

1. These titles were discussed before. We came to the conclusion that the conquerer of whole europe has much too many titles to keep an overview.
2. When the people in your realms are unhappy (perhaps due to excessive warmongery?) rebells will emerge. When they manage to capture a town they declare independence and thus form a new nation. The name of the nation is based on the destinct realm.
You can also pay an enemy-knight to declare independence from his overlord.

I have another question (sorry for that)

Such events have been confirmed (Ireland of example can be united and proclaimed 'Ireland'). But Frujin will have to tell if this destinct event is there. I just answer to tell you "Very likely!" :go: .

Your kingdom will not change the name automatically. You will get the posibbility to change it, but you don't have to. ;)
Will there be sub-names so that when you take over lets say 3 provinces, they can have sub-names which could be their names before capture, but the entire collection of these provinces can have one name?
Example - Yugoslavia (and then sub names would be Croatia, Serbia, and Bosnia)

Hmmm....I don't know what do you mean by sub-names. The provinces won't change their name. But let's say you begin as Leinster in Ireland and you conquer Munster and Ulster then you will get the option to rename your 'Kingdom of Leinster' in 'Kingdom of Ireland'.
Btw. I doubt Yugoslavia will be in. ;)

Of course, they say that they are in the beta testing stage, so they might add some changes in the last minute....But most major things may not be added....they already had to produce a rough draft which most things wont change

Yes, it will change. That applies to many other countries as well. For example, in first period, if you play with Normandy and if you menage to conquer British Island (at least half of it) then you will have the chance to create England.

Now that's a really cool feature. I'm impressed. :go:

About rebels revolting against intruding nations. I hope they will make a difference between me being Norway taking France than me being Norway taking Denmark/Sweden. Considering the cultural and national differences between Norway and Denmark/Sweden are few (fewer back then, even the language was the same).
