dont you think that this game would be made better if you could have bigger armies?like have larger groups of men like 45 swordsmen instead of just 30.they dont have to be big changes but i think it would make the battles in the game alot more interesting.or maybe you could upgrade the size of your squads of men for money or when they gain a certain amount of experience.
im just thinking out load here so people give me feed back about what you think.
also someone mite want to put it into a patch if its possible.

it is very easily moddable, you need to edit just 2 files (edit one file and copy and paste it to the other)

It may change the feeling of battle, but I don't find itvery important. Thugh in my previous mod version I increased the numbers of units per squad. It makes the battles more epic, but as it is very easily moddable I don't think BSS should bother with it

so there's no need for me to vote, because the option 3 is already working.

Just open defs/Units/Military/units.xls edit the clolumn called "squad size" and then copy and paste all the file into Units.txt and it's done

He meant being able to change them within the game, like a unit upgrade, which I don't think is moddable.
But changing them from the text file does it pretty well. :)

I don't think it is moddable, I (and no other modder AFAIK) didn't think about it

increasing squads could help the AI in terms of sieging cities. The attrition they take from archers is pretty damaging, even with its reduction of effect. I would argue that a larger size would have more success considering how the AI plays, which is poorly.
