Black screen at start up!

I did all above, but when I click the shortcut from the anno1602 icon (it's the one with the sailing ship right?) it just starts the game, and leaves me with a black screen.. any idears on how to fix it?

Maybe it helps, if you would set the hardware acceleration to 0 (zero).

Klick here (http://forum.sunflowers.de/showthread.php?t=14641&highlight=acceleration) if you don't know, how to do that.
