Any Results modding voting

Has anyone found any interesting results with changing the voting values in the econst file? It might be interesting to adjust the timing of the voting as well as changing the voting parameters so the AI actually votes for each other instead of abstaining. It might add some interesting diplomatic situations. Just a thought.
