Could anyone help me with this? Basically is figuring out the rhyme scheme, and find all figurative language (metaphores,similies,
Alliteration,ect..)
Here is what I got so far.

Slough
A- Come friendly bombs and fall on Slough!..........Oxymoron (friendly bombs)
A- It isn't fit for humans now, ..........................Consonance ( "t" sound)
A- There isn't grass to graze a cow. ...................Alliteration (grass/graze)
B-Swarm over, Death! Personification

C-Come, bombs and blow to smithereens
C-Those air -conditioned, bright canteens,
C-Tinned fruit, tinned meat, tinned milk, tinned beans,..........anaphora(repetition of tinned), metaphor(btw lin 7 and 8)
B-Tinned minds, tinned breath. ...............................Anaphora

D-Mess up the mess they call a town-
D-A house for ninety-seven down
D-And once a week a half a crown
E-For twenty years.

F-And get that man with double chin
F-Who'll always cheat and always win,
F-Who washes his repulsive skin
E-In women's tears:

G-And smash his desk of polished oak
G-And smash his hands so used to stroke
G-And stop his boring dirty joke
H-And make him yell.

I-But spare the bald young clerks who add
I-The profits of the stinking cad;
I-It's not their fault that they are mad,
H-They've tasted Hell.

J-It's not their fault they do not know
J-The birdsong from the radio,
J-It's not their fault they often go
K-To Maidenhead

L-And talk of sport and makes of cars
L-In various bogus-Tudor bars
L-And daren't look up and see the stars
K-But belch instead.

M-In labour-saving homes, with care
M-Their wives frizz out peroxide hair
M-And dry it in synthetic air
N-And paint their nails.

A-Come, friendly bombs and fall on Slough..........Oxymoron
A-To get it ready for the plough..................Consonance
A-The cabbages are coming now;
N-The earth exhales..................... Personification?
