Where is the tutorial?

I looked into the tutorial for a little bit right after I had installed the game. After a short while, I thought I was smart enough to actually start a game. Now as I am in the game and would like to go back to go through a tutorial, I can't seem to find out how to get to the tutorial (sounds dumb, but it's true). Any help? Thanks!

I believe it is F1 to get to annopedia...

Sorry Dobber for the confusion I caused. I had first posted this question in the other thread and then thought it might be more appropriate to start a new one since it is a new question. I appreciate all of your advices.
