Can't play multiplayer

I tried to play multiplayer via internet, the first time my ship turnd to floating cargo when tried to build wrhse, 2nd time starting wrhse self destroyed we restarted and same problem. Could see the game and chat but could not build. Got vista and plays great in single player mode. ANY IDEAS PLSE

Well, there are a lot of people, playing 1701 on Vista without problems :go:
But BaldJim is right, it is not officially supported.


First i want to say, that i don't play mp, so i don't know that much...
But are all the options done correct? Maybe you forgot to open a post or something like that :scratch:

I think you meant to 'open a port'. Also I turn off my firewall. Can you do that on Vista?

Made changes to firewall, and shut windows firewall, but now I don't have the new patch, US VERSION, I'll wait and will try later.
