This is FRUSTRATING!!!!

You OBVIOUSLY can't have honey AND cocoa on the same island, so I built cocoa on one, apiary on the other and shipped the goods to my main island. But now that I have stock, I built a confectioners, but it says there are NO RAW GOODS!?!!?! :angry: :bash: LOOK IN THE &$%#% WAREHOUSE!!! WHAT is going on here????

Are you sure, that the confectioner is connected by a road to the market house and that the confectioners area of influence includes a market house....it is very important, that not only the confectioner ist build within the area of influence of a market building, but that its own area of influence includes that market house!!!

Otherwise, the confectioner is not able to get the raw materials from the market house :go:

And concerning honey and cacao on the same island..this is what the game is all about, you produce goods on one island and then take it to another..what would be the fun, if you could oroduce all goods on one island..

btw..you can also build tzhe confectioner on one of the island, where you produce caco or honey...and just bring in the other good and then transfer the cakes to your main island :go:

:rolleyes: I should have realized that. I tend to look around at what SHOULD work, and if I can't figure out why it DOESN'T, I get flustered. :silly:

My main island is inbetween the other two, so it's a shorter trip. :biggrin:

I decide to restart, but it was working. Thanks for your help. I restarted because I neglected to build up a large enough Chocolates infrastructure before upgrading, so my people were alternately p/o'd and happy because the stupid confectioners couldn't produce them fast enough. I should have had a stockpile of finished chocolates :silly:
