View Full Version : Goodbye and thanks to Forum for your help
My opinion of this game is that it is full of rich possibility but becomes boring quickly. I have won four times going for minor victory (Kingdom Advantages). I have developed a database of Province Features that shows me exactly what territories need to be conquered no matter where I start
I have never come even close to winning the election.
Clearing the map by conquest takes too long. So what is left?
If anyone can tell me what I am missing I would be happy to hear it. In the meanwhile thanks for all the help you have given me.

The point isn't to win, the point is what you do in the meantime.
If all you want from the game is the 'Victory' screen then yes, KoH becomes boring quickly.
There are other challenges in the game. I usually start the game with aims typical to the country I play. As Austria I reconquered the territories of the ancient roman empire, as France I lead a crusade and converted the holy land to catholicism, etc.

Have you tried the excitement of starting as a small one province nation in an apparently hopeless situation surrounded by large powerful nations, then holding the big dogs at bay while you strive to improve your standing in the world?

Boring quickly?...takes to long to take the map?...do you have ADD?...lol. Maybe this type of game just isn't for you or something?, I've been playing off and on for over a year now...not many games hold me that long...in fact I can think of 2 others in the last 12 years.
Sorry to hear you've lost interest.
try to win with all countries you have or do your mods etc.
