I want to make a Northland map with a big loch in the middle and some Muraenosaurus in it (three guesses for what it's going to be named), but I can't expand the land beyond the floating square I start with. Can anyone help?

:lol: I think... Loch Ness... :biggrin: aehm Loch Muraeno? It could be that you´ve chosen a small map size or you should try changing the "pencils" shape/intensity on the top right.

If you just want some new maps to play:
In the Map section of Http://www.Para-welt.de are several nice fan maps. Just click on Details next to the Map and then Para-Welt.de Mirror at the bottom of the page.
They should all work except "Groessenwahn". This one is for the Boosterpack which hasn´t been released in english yet.

I have a question. I would ask it in one of the many other help topics I have started, but i was the last one to post in them and people just seemed to stop carring.

Anyway, how do you make it so that in a multiplayer map the two people can be anywone they want? Right now it just limits me to being a norsemen, and nothing else.

Is it not the same way as changing it in a singleplayer skirmish map?

No. When I put it in, the selection space for a tribe is blank, and when I click on it, it does nothing. When you click play, you are automatically a Norsemen. I think i changed a setting in the map editor accidentally... :scratch:

No, you haven`t. I had the same problem, until I realízed that you can play only one tribe. Whitch one you or one of your enemies should play you can predefine before in the editor. You go on Options, then on "Player Info", then you do the settings for the map. Then you can go on "Info", in which you do the predefining for the players. There is a button called "Limits", where you can predefine the tribes for every player and yourself. You and the people you play with you can only play the tribe you predefined for them (and you).

So you can't just set it so you can pick whatever tribe you want, as well as the AIs or have another player pick theirs? :scratch:

I don`t know. But before a game you could tell the other players what player they should choose, because you predefined for player 4 the Dustriders (for example). And if one of the players wants to play the Dustriders, he or she must be player four.



If anybody knows how to make that you can choose the tribes ingame, please post.
