It is still not running and when i go the programfiles to activate it manualy it also does not activate.

here is my poweroutpuit by the way
model SP-450sp with pfc
450 watt output.

Try installing again and do it under administrator, it comes with it's own installer so it shouldn't be a problem.

All has been covered to the best of our ability (and yes, we did get the dual core application activated after some twekaing), and all that can be added is it might be the DVD drive or the video card as to why the errors. For more, he will have to refer the issue (and especially an official Dutch patch 1.2) to the support team otherwise. All to say for now except My Best and at least it's working (on a second PC).

Sincerely,
Phil

There have been issues with certain DVD drives, I think there has been a bit of discussion about the DVD drives in the English forum, I know that there has been more discussion in the German section about it than has the English section!

With that low-end card you have, you should never have any setting set to max. You'll have to play with the in-game settings to get the best you can. Should it persist, it sounds like the card is or is starting to fail as it worked prior. A better card would be an improvement in the long run.

Sincerely,
Phil
