Is there a way to open a .PAK file?

The reason I'm asking is I believe there is a way to notice some spies before they either "do damage" or your "counterintelligence" (court) spy catches them. Knight images are linked to "areas" - Muslim, Slavic, North European, etc. I exiled one knight because he had olive skin. I am Hungary. He didn't "fit" and was obviously a spy from one of the Muslim states. I caught another spy who I had hired as a Marshal. He looked like he was from a Russian state. Is there a way to open one of these image files?

yes, there is a PakMan :D I don't know where and when dowload I it, but google is your friend :D with PakMan you can open the pak files.

LOL .. I don't think profiling works with Spies. I don't think there is a medieval version of "driving while black".
