View Full Version : Mission 14
Okay, I'm on mission 14 (as the Norsemen, by the way), and the SEAS keep swamping me before I can make a good army. Any hints?
I took out the island to the west and relocated my base there. I was left alone there, and was able to build a full army, to go back and kick ***!
You should play as the dustriders, because then you already have a mobile headquarter. Buy enough ressources before, kill the six SEAS infanterists and go on level 2. Build a swimming harbour and a transport turtle. Go east, there is a peaceful place with some ressources and wild animals. Go on level 3 (after you had built a second and third ressource collector) and build some Brachios. Then your army is strong enough to conquer the island in the west.
Also if you can get enough catamarans to take out the carriers, your life will be easier. Those amphibious gunners are produced by the carriers.

I find that Kronosauruses are also quite good at ship-killing. I cycle them in and out of combat depending on their remaining health. They heal, switch, and kill. Rinse and repeat. Result=no more carrier ships. w00t
The kronosaurs are very good to fight against the stingers, the submarines and the transport hovercrafts, because they are vehicles. Against the carriers (which are buildings) the catamarans are better.

Oooh, I didn't know that. But the Kronosaurs seem to be pretty damn good at taking them down anyway.
I didn`t say that they aren`t good in taking the carriers down. If you have enough Kronosaurs they can take them down in a few seconds. The Kronosaurs have the characteristics + + ++ + like every close combat ship, so they are good in taking down everything (exspesially boats), buildings too.
